How to purchase SmartFees CCMS Buying SmartFees CCMS is quick and easy and we can have you up and running in no time. First you will need to decide which SmartFees CCMS licence is right for you. There are three types of SmartFees clients. They are Single Services, Combined-Multi Services or Organisations with Separate Multiple Services. There is a SmartFees CCMS Licence option to suit all of these. If you have a single child care service, then you will need the SmartFees CCMS Single Service Licence, which is our basic licence. If you have multiple child care services and would like to be able to administer centrally from the one location, then you will need the SmartFees CCMS Multi-Service Licence. If you have multiple child care services that are all administered separately, from their individual sites, then you will need a Single Service Licence for each child care service. If you are unsure which licence is right for you, please fill out an enquiry form and we will contact you. Licences for multi-services will require the issue of a customised quotation so please submit an enquiry form if you have multiple services. We can download all of your formal enrolments and their attendances from CCMS into your new SmartFees CCMS data file. There is no need for you to exit your enrolments in your current system.
