Buying SmartFees is quick and easy and we can have you up and running in no time. First you will need to decide which SmartFees licence is right for you.
There are three types of SmartFees clients. They are Single Services, Combined-Multi Services or Organisations with Separate Multiple Services. There is a SmartFees Licence option to suit all of these.
If you have a single child care service, then you will need the SmartFees Single Service Licence, which is our basic licence.
If you have multiple child care services and would like to be able to administer centrally from the one location, then you will need the SmartFeesMulti-Service Licence.
If you have multiple child care services that are all administered separately, from their individual sites, then you will need a Single Service Licence for each child care service.

Licences for multi-services will require the issue of a customised quotation so please submit an enquiry form if you have multiple services.
If you wish to purchase a SmartFees Single Service Licence, you can do so as follows:
Once we have received your order and payment for SmartFees, we will:
Issue a Tax Invoice/Receipt for your purchase
Send you your SmartFees software (including installation instructions and getting started guide)
Prepare and send you your SmartFees data file
And then you will be ready to go!
Switching to SmartFees from another CCMS software package
Switching to SmartFees from another CCMS software package is easy. We can download all of your formal and informal enrolments and their attendances from CCMS into your new SmartFees data file.
