SmartFees CCMS Automatic Payment Options

SmartFees CCMS provides two facilities for automatic fee payments from your parents:

- Direct Debit (click for further details)
- SmartFees Online (click for further details)

Both functions have two major benefits:

• Automatic payment records are created in SmartFees CCMS, eliminating the need for you to manually enter payments.
• All fee payments are directly deposited into your service’s bank account, eliminating the need to take money to the bank.
  
  Direct Debit

• Parents can elect to have their fees directly debited from either a credit card or a bank account.
• Direct debit transactions are triggered from within SmartFees CCMS by you and can be sent directly to the ChildCare EasyPay secure payment gateway for processing before the payments are automatically deposited into your bank account.

• Parents can log onto the secure SmartFees Online website to:
  • View their account balance.
  • Make a secure online payment using a credit card.
• SmartFees Online Payments are sent to a secure payment gateway for processing before the payments are automatically deposited into your bank account.
