System requirements

Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 (SmartFees Version 16 only)
Pentium Processor or higher
At least 2 GB of RAM
A Windows supported printer
A permanently connected high speed Broadband Internet connection on the same computer as SmartFees®
An active email account.
Administrator privileges to install and operate Smartfees
Security permission to by-pass proxy servers and firewalls in order to connect to the CCMS and the SmartFees website
