Remote Consulting Remote over-the-phone consulting is our most popular and efficient method of delivering training and consulting to our clients. A 2 hour remote session can help sort out any issues you may be having or can assist you in making SmartFees CCMS work best for you. Remote consulting involves one of our experienced and friendly SmartFees CCMS experts spending a minimum of 2 hours (can be split into smaller blocks of 2x1 hour) over the phone with you. We use a free downloadable software application which allows us to "see" your screen as you are working, taking out all of the guess work and allowing us to easily guide you through the system. Onsite Consulting We have a number of experienced consultants available to visit client sites to assist in the use of SmartFees CCMS. You can purchase a half or full day's onsite consulting session, which involves one of our professional and friendly consultants working with you at your place of business to provide the specific help you require with SmartFees CCMS. SmartFees CCMS Workshops SmartFees CCMS workshops are taught by experienced trainers to a maximum group size of 20 attendees. Throughout the workshop attendees are broken up into small groups for computer-based activity sessions. These workshops take place in multiple locations around Australia.
