SmartFees Online eases the administration burden for busy Services and parents by allowing parents to make online payments from the convenience of their computer at work or home. This information is then directly downloaded into SmartFees CCMS, allowing the Service to accept or reject the dowloaded payments.

SmartFees Online meets the needs of busy parents and staff, saving time and money and giving child care staff more time to do what they enjoy the most - caring for children.


How does SmartFees Online work?

SmartFees Online allows Parents to log onto the secure SmartFees Online website to view their account balance or make a secure online payment using a credit card.

SmartFees Online Payments are then sent to the SecurePay gateway for processing before the payments are automatically deposited into the services' bank account.

At the click of a button Service staff can upload account balances to SmartFees Online for parents to view online.

SmartFees Online is located on a secure (https) website using an SSL certificate with 128 bit encryption.
